Norma e autoridade lingüística no galego e no portugués brasileiro
This article proposes a compared analysis of the mode of normative construction and the inherent conflicts of the constitution of the normative authority in the Galician language and in the Portuguese from Brasil. The justification for this kind of comparative study is that they both as “emergent languages”, in a model of relativist analysis, in diglosic situations inside very divergent socio-historical contexts, and that have a relation of genetic filiation inside the Portugalician linguistic group. In this sense, the analysis of the production conditions of the norm and its conflicts in each case, and the linguistic ideologies implied, allows to understand the tensions between utility and fragmentation inside the linguistic space identified with the “Portuguese language”.
