April 15th will be the deadline for submission of communications to the VI Xornada Universitaria Galega en Xénero, rganized by the gender equality units of the three Galician universities, which will take place on June 14 in A Coruña. Under the theme (RE)BUILDING KNOWLEDGE, the sixth edition will focus on the need for feminist and gender research, as well as on teaching practice as the ideal means for the transmission of egalitarian values. As in previous editions, the call is open to the researchers in training, seeking to establish a meeting point and reflection for those who work with a gender perspective.
The call for papers is carried out by sending the complete communication to the following emails, according to the thematic area:
- Women, science, university (oficina.igualdade@udc.es)
- Gender perspective in university teaching (oix@usc.es)
- Violence(s) towards women (igualdade@uvigo.es)
The papers presented and defended (orally or in the poster session) will be published (with ISBN).
