The meetings on "Digital & Intelligent Life" will take place at the Faculty of Communication Sciences on the 2nd of July

26/06/2019

The first week of July, in the framework of the Digital Strategy for Galicia 2030, the 1st FORUM OF PROFESSIONAL DEBATE is celebrated, aimed to promote the dialogue and collaboration between public and private agents needed for the identification and resolution of digital challenges that Galicia faces in a new social paradigm where everything is connected and technologies merge.

This initiative comes from the Axencia para a Modernización Tecnolóxica (Amtega) in order to configure the Galicia 5.0, taking advantage of digital technologies so that they contribute to the sustainable development of the Community at a economic, social and environmental level. The approach of the event will incorporate a functional specialization perspective, with different groups of debate depending on the nature of the challenges to discuss. It will be designed in a practical way, encouraging all the participants to interact, focusing in the identification of levers that help to conform the future Galician society.

The celebration of the different groups will orbit around the three Galician universities. The debates on “Digital & Intelligent Life” will take place on next 2nd of July at the Faculty of Communication Sciences of the USC. This topic includes three main fields: “Health & Welfare”, “Digital Education” and “Identity & Culture”. The three thematic blocks remaining deal with “Green & Connected Territory”, “Open Economy” and “Technological Specialization”.
