After the Cidade de Praia, Cabo Verde, in October 2016, this meeting will have as its specific theme “Communication and information for or development”. Under this theme, it seeks to bring together teachers and researchers of Communication Sciences to identify common areas of interest, highlight singularities and idiosyncrasies and effectively exploit ways of cooperation and exchange, always with the concern of promoting rigor and quality.
